T.H.O.M.A.S. (Techno-Hybrid, Organically Modified, Artificial Sentience) is the lifelong work of Datatroniks founder, Jason Oliver. It uses the latest holographic memory systems and is powered by Datatroniks HoloBIOS.
The first version, T.H.O.M.A.S. 1.0, went live on April 19th, 1987. After several initial modifications, Jason made T.H.O.M.A.S. 1.7 available to the masses the following year.
By 1998, T.H.O.M.A.S. 3.0 had been replaced by T.H.O.M.A.S. Æon, the first version to use voice recognition as the major interface mechanism. This was also the same year Datatroniks went public.
T.H.O.M.A.S. has allowed Datatroniks to grow and thrive in a competitive market, and has been often emulated, but never fully replicated.
In November of 2019, the latest version, T.H.O.M.A.S., was released to rave reviews. This subscription-based edition is the first to be released without a version number.
Jason Oliver’s wife, Carissa, operates the charity named in honor of their deceased son, The Thomas Oliver Foundation.
